I need to get an engineer stamped drawings/draft for a 21.9 feet beam and 9.5 feet posts on both ends of the beam to get city permit. We are remodeling a kitchen and taking out a load bearing wall/partition between a kitchen and a living room. So we need structural engineer to help us draft and stamp the plan so we can move forward and install the beam.
