We have a number of positions available for Customer Service Representatives. P[Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions -Section 13:Communication With Other Users] The customer service representative would have the following job responsibilities • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction • Provide accurate and up to date information about the product/service • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up on customer cases • Build sustainable relationships of trust • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information • Generate sales • Attract potential customers Requirements for the job include: • Proven customer service experience • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively • Market knowledge • Ability to work under pressure • High school
