UK Property and Real Estate Telemarketing/Virtual Assistant Work

My current freelancer is taking a break so need someone to replace her. I have a project involving follow up calls for my small property business. They are UK calls. Ideally the calls will need to be recorded, but not essential. Can you record calls? The project is monthly recurring, involves making contact with 60 estate agents per month and recording details on a Google Spreadsheet. Some follow up emails may be required. The budget is £40 per month. More details follows; 1.) GENERATE NEW LEADS (a) Research and find information for 30 estate agents in a given area. Record these details on a Google Sheet. (b) Call estate agents found in 1A to find those that have properties fitting a given criteria. Contact must be made with each estate agent in this task. Have them send you the details of any properties that fit the criteria onto a google sheet. 2.) INVESTIGATE LEADS (a) Call 30 estate agents per month to follow up on properties that have been tagged as opportunities. Details of these opportunities will be on a Google sheet. Aim of call is to find out more about the opportunity, questions will be given. Update information onto the Google Sheet. Contact must be made with all 30 estate agents. There will also be small amount of email communication with estate agents as follow up on some of the opportunities. POTENTIALLY .... 3.) Use a deal analysis spreadsheet to see if properties sent found in 1b match my criteria. For the tasks above I was paying my freelancer £40 per month and happy to keep the same rate.
