We are an Australian company that developed a unique control system called Fasfold and it gets installed on different kinds of sheetmetal machines, In particular Press Brakes, a machine that fold up flat pieces of sheetmetal into a final products We normally retrofit the system when Press brakes original controllers die or becomes too expensive to do frequent repairs. Cost can vary from 10k to 25k per installation. We have been installing our controllers in The US over the last 8 years, customers find us on the internet, then we quote and sometimes get the job We have a sister company in the US and are planning to employ local techs and man a permanent office over the next 3 months We do not have a sales team, I am handling sales we have been generating list of Sheetmetal fabricating companies and we also bought lists which was not of good quality. We are using some of these to send out templates on ZOHO These spread sheets need to be worked on as different people over 8 years have used different formats (the headings of columns which are not in the same sequence) A US Company in Boston, Automec , that build sub-assemblies for press brakes for the last 45 years, with 15000 systems in the field, enquired last year to become our agent in the US, we are just starting to work together now so sales would be generated via this channel too. .So what I am looking for is someone that can 1. Call customers from our lists, where we have phone numbers, find best contact person email and phone number, 2. Find out if they have any sheetmetal machines, in particular Press Brakes and how many 3. Send them our ZOHO flyer, Youtube video link 4. Ask for a 10 min online demo, we do this using Skype, share our screen and demo how powerful, yet easy and fast to design new parts and get it into the press brake for production 5. Work on these sheets to merge them if needed, split them where we haven’t spit lists into separate states, delete non-sheetmetal fabricators, add email addresses and 6. Any other suggestions from a professional…… So, after looking at your profile, I think best would be to get someone to work on the sheets at lower hourly rate as it’s a very basic admin cycle. So, I would like to get your feedback on this please I looked at a couple of your recent jobs where you did some 100-hour projects for a better rate which I would be interested in, depending on your suggestion, I could maybe look at 200 hours if we can come to an agreement and it could be spread out depending on your situation. Our Competition: there are 3 main companies offering upgrades and retrofits (original machine manufacturers also offer upgrades but they charge 2 to 3 times higher and generally just try and sell a new machine and give poor service to say the least)
