Built a 3d software designed for construction of clear dental aligners.

Hi, I need a 3d software to plan dental clear aligners. To make the Aligners we have to scan in 3d the mouth or a model of the mouth of the cliente to make a 3d model, then we have to prepare the model to work, let it close not big and easy to use, as in this movie [login to view URL] after the model get ready, what I would like to be automatic at the software, we start to select the teeth, make the virtual moviments and when we get the desired oclusion the software gives us how many models are going to be 3d printed, one to every 0,24mm of moviment, so we print the models and make the aligners in a pressure thermoforming machine, than we cut and clean to deliver to the client. We could use some 3d open source software to start the Project and develop the dental moviments based on a software that is already at the Market and so we will need to add some features [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Here are some basic movements that we will need. 1- select and identify the teeth at the stl file ( we could add some dental anatomic information at the software so it could find the teeth easier) 2- make movements of the teeth using buttons or the giroscope and the model as the movie attached 3- be able to zoom and change the view as the movie attached 4- make teeth invisible and desapear as in the movie 5- after moviment the teeth we need to verify how many steps ( one aligner per step) of defined messure ( like 0,025mm per moviment), be able to show all the moviment control by a bar where it is possible to see the moviment [login to view URL] 6- be able to change the velocity and inicial order of the moviments of the teeth as this link shows [login to view URL] 7- add attachments ( buttons) to the tooth, change the format and remove easily 8- identify the colisions of the teeth, the side ones (showing the measure of how much has to be worn out of each tooth) and the ones of the other arch, superior and inferior ( showing the contact área) as you can see in this movies [login to view URL] 9- develop a automatic way to align all the teeth together as this way of this movie [login to view URL] 10 add the name and numer of each step at the model 11 export the files to be printed after this step, we will need one or two more that will be better to explan once we have this part done.
