Hi there,
This is Bogdan from Romania.
I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too).
I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc.
I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch.
1 - what models) do you need?...
2 - you approaching the problem in a wrong manner...
- if the router is enough stable and precise, it should cut and drill accordingly with the dxf file you have
- the eventual issues which could occur in the process, come from the way you fix the mdf board on the router bed (clamps, vacuum), the collet chack alignment, the axiality of the linear guides, etc
- if is an industrial router, you shouldn't have any issue, but if is a custom made ones, a series of parameters need to be checked and eventually corrected...
For any more questions we could chat here.
Regards
Bogdan
