Create Elevations and 3D models of home development. Nice-to-have: fly-through of exterior

An existing historical house in Seattle has area in its rear yard for 2 cottages. To be approved for these cottages, we must provide elevations and renders to the city. This project is to produce elevations, site plans, and 3D renderings for two cottages in the backyard of a Seattle home. Most important will be visualizations of the house and cottages from the street in front of the house. The following will be provided: • Existing survey of land (showing placement of existing building (provided) • To-be rough plan of the cottage placement (provided) • Photos of existing building (samples provided) • Floor plans and renderings of cottages (provided) The successful freelancer will have access to the necessary modeling software, expertise in this software, and samples of prior work.
