Hi my name is Jordan. I am a residential draftsman and i use the progam AUTOCAD LT. It is to time consuming for me to learn and produce 3D drawings. I am looking for someone else to do this for me. Basically i would supply 'YOU' with the Autocad plans (this can be in Autocad or PDF format, whichever you prefer), similar to the example shown. Then 'YOU' would produce 3D images of the residence for me similar to what is attached pictures (hopefully higher quality, more realistic). I would like to see some examples and prices. If successful there may be upcoming, reoccurring work. If the 3D model could be opened by myself in some viewer program so i could take snapshots etc. of my preferred angle that would be excellent. But if this is not possible and you have to do it that is still workable. Possibly we could agree on a $ value per m2 of house so we can continue on with future house plans. Possibly up to 10 or more a year. Look forward to seeing some examples! PLEASE SEND ME and EXAMPLE. you will not be considered without sending me an example. If i am happy with price and examples i will send through a plan to be modeled in 3D using our agreed $ per m2 rate :) Thankyou
