Hi, I am a native French person, but I lioved in Oman, and worked in Oman, for 25 years. My English is excellent. I have various Airline Diplomas and a Montessori Early Childhood Teaching Diploma. My rate is 13$ per 1000 words for an occasional job and 10$ for a continuous jobs. However, I do not do Excel as they take too long. Any text is no problems at all for me. Send me a sample and I will send back my translation. French-English and vice versa is perfectly OK. I am fairly new on Freelancer, but I already did quite a few impressive projects.
