Native Portuguese Speaker to Translate, Narrate and Convert Videos From English

I'm looking for a dedicated and driven individual to take on a long term project. I run a very successful English YouTube channel that has taken off very quickly ( 3 Million subs, rising by thousands every day ) and I want you to translate all current and future videos into Portuguese so that they can be uploaded to a separate Portuguese channel. I have already made a Spanish channel like this, and its taking off really fast, but I now want someone to take on the Portuguese channel. This will essentially be a daily commitment, and you must be driven and determined to succeed, otherwise this is not the job for you. You must be a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English, with the ability to translate written English to Portuguese. For each video I will give you the finished video edit and the original script and from there you must translate the script, record the voice over narration and then edit both together in software and upload it to our Portuguese YouTube channel. I want to hire one individual whose voice is charismatic and engaging, but note that in the future your role may change if we need to take on other narrators as the channels grows (your job would then be to manage the process). If you are not yet a good narrator, or even if you have never done a voice-over - Do Not Worry, we can figure something out. I have years of experience with YouTube and will work with you closely to make this a huge success so that this future channel can grow to millions of subscribers. If you are looking for short-term projects to make a bit more money on the side - this is NOT for you. This is for someone who wants to create a long-term successful subsidiary channel viewed by millions of people that speak their language. You may actually have to accept low pay for the first few months to half a year, but trust me, in the long run you won't regret it.
