I have a database in Ms Access form which contain 1) Message 2)client mobile phone number 3)Message send out date 4)Send Method. After sent, the record will be updated to "Message sent" and won't appear in the next sending time, new record will be append into the database daily which need to be send out. The sending method should be in Text to Speech voice call which some in Chinese and some in English. I will buy a phone number from Twilio or nexmo as my virtual number to send these message, setting and login in twilio or nexmo must be updatable in case I need to change account.
