Unity3D Pause Menu, Main Menu & Text Chat & Character Development Using Photon Engine & C# in Unity!

What We Want:
- A Pause Menu that opens when "ESC" key is pressed.
- Options of: Exit: which leads to main menu.
- Mute Others: Which mutes all other players
- Resume: Which closes the settings menu.
- Main Menu: With Rooms & Username UI.
- A Place to view the rooms created by Players
- Create room option with name input and being able to host the room using Photon.
- Being able to join other rooms by click the room name button.
Character Development:
- I already have a character but I need to be able to take the username entered in the main menu and attach it to the player.
- A player keydown option: When "M" is pressed the player mic is muted.
Designing this and making this should only take about 2-3 hours max. This should be really, easy.
