User Interface (UI) Designer For Online Survey Application

We are looking for a talented designer to re-design the look, feel and user experience of our online survey builder app. We have a brilliantly functioning survey application but we want to completely change and improve the user interface when our customers build a survey and use our app. We're looking for a whole new look and feel to make is much more enjoyable to use our survey building platform.
