I need a software in vb.net that work in stand alone between IBM AS400 and MS ACCESS DB that read a table updated continuously. This realtime File contain the ID and Command Type and Status that must Start or Stop the sending of a WebApi String. the eventual loop timer must be configurable. each time that the id change status, a new row will be created. Wenn the command is sended, a log must be registered in MS Access DB and on base of the Json status the repeat sending must be made. In base of a trigger command in your app, wenn the realtime table change a status for the specific ID, in a new row is created and the app must excecut the command. Start a Loop or Stop a loop or sending a single string in one one sending. Contact me for more info. thanks
