Assalamoalaikum, I would love to work on this project of yours. But this project requires a good processors count that I currently lack. I am planning to upgrade to an AMD threadripper based processor that will be suitable for this task. I have noticed that you have made it a fixed cost project. Do you mean to make one video only? and then re-create a new project for the next video? I would suggest to change it to an hourly based continued work, so that the freelancer that you choose may continue to work on your videos and payment is released everyweek to him/her based on the hours consumed or a fixed weekly rate that you two decide. For myself doing this project, I will definitely need to see the content first. With so many Islamic groups around (and not all of them right), I will avoid being part of something that could lead to misleading and misinterpretation of faith. So to cut on costs I prefer working on open source tools. You might find a few high quality effects missing in those tools, but they work perfectly.
