Video Editing - training videos

Simple video & audio editing needed. This video is a recorded powerpoint training video. We have 2 needs - some audio edits and cut into sections with nice intros/lower thirds We need to edit out the "ahs' & ems" from this video as well as several sections where the client has asked specific questions. I believe you should do this first. Each one of them needs to be cut & transitioned as natural as we can be. I would like a simple Intro for each video based on sections. You will need to determine the sections based on the pages I have provided in the PDF & Attached project scope. The intro's are simply the titles of the section. This is a test project for a project with the next project we will be sectioning the videos based on the various sections of the training. Those will also have some audio to be reviewed and edited. We will want to add some nicer intro & lower thirds based on the need. Video is here.
