Video tutorial explaining how our help desk software works (OrcaDesk)

We need an expert to create a video tutorial explaining how our (OrcaDesk) help desk system works which should look like similar to this one [login to view URL] except our video does not require any actors. We are giving you a demo access to our test account on OrcaDesk with populated demo data. Also attached is our idea for the script you can use as a guide and also some screenshots from the system are attached. Demo access will be given privately to anyone who gets the job as well as high resolution OrcaDesk logos. The main idea of the video is to show our customers how easy is to use the system and why it is easy to use it. This would be the front-facing video our customers see when they get to the website or when they apply for a test account. It needs to look professional. Requirements: - You must provide us with the video samples showing similar work you've already done. The more samples you show us the better. - Max Video Resolution we are targeting is 720p (we don't need full hd). We are going to post this to Youtube and link it from our Website www.orcadesk.com. - The video needs to follow scenario which is the part of the requirement (attached file) as a guide. If you think you can adjust the scenario and make it better feel free. - Max Length of the video should be 90 seconds. We highly recommend to keep it around 60 seconds - The voice explaining how the system works should be someone with native English accent (US, UK, Australian, etc.) - Music covering video can be whatever you think is the best fit. We don't have preference to it. - You can use parts of our main website [login to view URL] for your work.
