Animation - Sunset Beaches, Pixel Art Style Preferred

Hi Freelancer, I'm looking for computer-animated, just-after-sunset beach scenes, preferably in a pixel-art style. I have attached a picture of a beach scene, and it's related video on YouTube for reference. 1) I'm looking for at least 4-5 distinct animated scenes, varying color schemes, varying objects in the scenery, all with the example's same frame of reference, visual distance to the beach, and with little people walking along the beach carrying surfboards, riding bicycles, trees gently swaying in the breeze, soft rain, waves lapping, cruise ships going by, moon slowly moving, etc. 2) All scenes need to be right after the sun goes down, or later. So, a scene mimicking the example is fine, as is for example, a scene with a moon/moonlight, lights on a dock, lights from a passing cruise ship, etc. The color palette utilized should be mindful of the scenes taking place *after* sunset - just please avoid any bright circles of light in the scene. 3) The animations themselves can all be short, but I need them delivered to me in separate files, all approximately 5-10 minutes long (the minimum of 5 minutes is fine) and in .MP4 format at 720p. The animations within this five minute video can repeat all you want - it just needs to appear smooth over time. For the artist - the usage of these videos will be as background during which calm music is being played, so the video is not meant to capture and hold attention, but to serve as a visual accessory to the calming music. If you can only do a few scenes now and perhaps more later, please quote per scene. If you can do all five that I seek, please quote for all five scenes. I would like to see a portfolio with animation in it to consider the bid, so please include that link in your initial communication.
