Create video on the fly based on airport data (Ie, showing aircraft flights around the world over a certain time period.)

We've seen the attached video and we'd like to do something similar that we can run 'on the fly' when requested by a user. Your code needs to create a video file for users showing the flights they've done around the world over a period time. We have a database containing airports , their locations and the dates our users have been at them. You would need to provide the code that would create and save the video file. Video needs to be able to be shared to social media if user wants.
