We are looking for friendly, motivated, helpful part time Client Services Representatives to assist us with a rapidly growing customer base of photographers around the world, so that we can expand our hours of support. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage your own schedule and work from home to help us handle email support outside of our normal business hours. Job Responsibilities: * Provide support via e-mail to entire client base, phone support is a possibility in the future * Work with help desk software (Zendesk) to analyze and troubleshoot issues * Log and escalate trouble tickets to a variety of internal support groups * Analyze and evaluate user problems and comments for future site improvements * Escalate and follow all problems to resolution Minimum Requirements: * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent familiarity with web browsers * Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills * Must be Internet savvy * Superior organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Strong ability to multitask by addressing many issues within a short time frame * Attention to detail Preferred Job Qualifications: * College degree * Enthusiasm and motivation to handle projects independently * Knowledge of HTML and Macs is preferred * A love of photography is a big plus * Already know of PhotoShelter? You are awesome! * Previous experience with help desk software is also a plus Reports to Senior Manager of Client Services. This is a part time/ freelance position with hourly compensation. Must be willing to work remotely, outside the hours of 9 am ET – 5 pm ET, for a minimum of 20 hours a week.
