Our director is looking for a dedicated and highly organised personal assistant who has significant skills as an administrator and supporting virtual assistant.
As our VA, you will be responsible for daily customer service, ongoing weekly tasks like data entry, content publishing, research and any tasks as required. You'll be helping out our Director, operations manager and marketing staff with multiple tasks.
Hours per week: 8-20
Availability: 3-4 hours per day during 9-5 working hours AEST (Australian Eastern Standard time)
Proficiency with Wordpress, microsoft Excel, Mailchimp, Later, Social media (Instagram and Facebook) is required.

The job entails all the duties of a high-performing Personal Assistant meaning secretarial duties, document creation, minute taking, liaising with important business contacts, diary management, research for marketing and sales, email management, gatekeeper, preparing powerpoint slides notes and papers, compiling mailchimp newsletters, scheduling social media, customer service online, amending agreements and creating proposals, undertake checks and due diligence into suppliers as needed, working within strict deadlines and managing others who need to deliver on time so that deliverables are not missed, negotiation with relevant parties, and all other associated administrative work as required.
