Looking for a hard working person with home office who loves it when every day at work is different :-) What we offer: - a steady weekly income - company existing for over 25 years - this is one of the key roles in the company - the flexibility of working from home - EST office hours - free weekends - many on-line training courses and 101 coaching involving sales & marketing - great learning experience in the healthcare industry (management & business side of it) - work with one of the most intelligent (but also difficult) people any of us have ever met - if you get through the test period (3 months) you will never have to look for another job or client again - feedback from clients or other freelancers (past or present) are available What we are looking for: - positive attitude - hungry to learn new skills - love being on the phone (also cold calls and chasing doctors for appointments and getting through gatekeepers at the doctor's offices) - availability from 9-6 EST (without any excuses, distractions from kids, pets, family, FB or other commitments) Upwork time-tracker with screen shots is a must - your own office with designated phone and fax line (unlimited US), PC or MAC, printer& scanner - administrative skills and multi-tasking skills and great organizational skills (all in one ;-)) The payment may not be "out of this world" ($10-15) but the experience and the long-term potential is definitely worth applying. You will be filling in the shoes of someone who had this position for 9 years (now she does call center projects for the same company), the person before her staid 16 years (now she does accounting for the same company) ...but it takes time to find the right fit.
