A virtual assistant is needed to assist the CEO of a start-up organization. The scope of work will evolve as the business evolves. For now, the person should be able to a) answer calls - take messages, b) Identify potential vendors, fix appointments with them, c) arrange travel as needed, d) other work as it comes along.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would love to help you in your efforts. I am a young professional with a lot of experience, and in my opinion exactly the employee you are looking for - in all of my previous jobs I would end up wearing more “hats” and somehow covering more corners of the task hand. The sum of my past work experiences was exactly a combination of administrative, sales, marketing and customer service roles. When it comes to duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant, my personal most relevant experience is the time I spent as an Office assistant for Colgate-Palmolive Adria, a subsidiary of fortune 500 company for central & east Europe. I was employed by them between October 2008- September 2010. Since then I only worked on more challenging projects, making my experiences now diverse and potentially very useful to my future employer. If you would take my application into serious consideration and hopefully, offer me a contract, I can promise you, you wouldn't regret it. I am not the type of worker who just likes to show up, put in some hours and expect to get paid for that. I have experience in as a event coordinator  in producing  events. I have been responsible for  maintaining records,scheduling appointments ,Understand requirements for each event ,do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards and evaluate event’s success and submit reports. I can  manage  any kind  of  work  with  positive   attitude  and  pursue  my  hard work  to shine where am put into, I  am  flexible  person  and  can  adapt to changes  easily.

Dear Madam/Sir, I have been working in customer-facing roles over the past 13 years - from being an assistant to the VP, at an international technology company, up to a Business development manager at a successful tech startup. During that time I've also managed to complete an Msc. in Strategic management. Managing customers projects, coupled with constant follow-ups and preparing presentations, has been a very stable aspect of my working career, which required me to become an expert at scheduling and time-planning. Throughout the past decade, I've worked on 3 different continents and between 8 different countries, which enabled me to me to build up good relations with multiple travel agents working for BCD travel, as well as enabled me to learn, how to manage travel itineraries under very tight time constraints.
