Product features comparison website development

We need a Product Feature Comparison Website . Please see layout attached. This website is very simple, only have 6 categories of products to choose from at the Links area. (be able to add more tabs later). In each page you can select the product that you want to company from the dropdown option area. Once you click on a product, the data related to the product will display in the chart (no jumping form current page to another page). Then the users can compare the feature side by side. The website need to be able to extract product feature data from 1. from the database (like MysQL), we can just put in a excel spreadsheet in the backend to update the details. 2. can edit all these product features easily at a CMS platform like Joomla. We would required: 1. a easy editting CMS system for updating categories tab, add or delete features lines, add new product for comparing, update content area, change banner. 2. We will provide PSD files for the website layout. All you need to do is convert the layout to a website. 3. We only need the structure to be done. I will input all the content and data myself. Please give me your best suggestion of how we can achieve this feature comparing website and easy editing system. Please also show me some of your similar previous work. I would input the content (wording and images) myself, I only require you have to setup the structure and the data system.
