Help Modifying Craigslist and Backpage Scraper Software

Hello, We need a competent programmer that has experience in developing a Craigslist Scraper and can also work with a Backpage Scraper. We have the scraper already built, but we will need the following modifications to it: Please don't apply for this job if you don't have experience with Craigslist Scrapers. Also please understand that we only have the setup application file and not the source code. So I'm not sure if you can decompile this or not. If you think you can decompile this, and you are familiar with C++ or VB (not sure what this is programmed in), then please consider bidding for this job. Here is what we need done: 1.) Remove and disable the Username and Password feature which means removing and disabling the Enter Registration button on the lower left of the screen. Right now it supports [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and hotmail.com. I need you to leave [login to view URL] alone, but remove [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and add the [login to view URL] drop-down option. I would like a "catch all domain" feature where we can add any domain we choose in the future to the drop down list, in case we find a new free email provider we are happy with. We would also be able to enter and save our own custom SMTP settings which includes allowing us to manually enter the Port and SSL options for any domains we add. 5.) After you validate these settings, I will need you to use the bulk email feature of this program to send a test message to the [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and the catch all domain feature you just setup. You can use any free email provider you want to test the catch all domain feature. This is a 2 hour job for a competent programmer. We are willing to pay $30.00/hr for this work, or $60.00 for this job, so please keep your bids around $60.00. We need a programmer to do all the above, and also work with us on future changes to this script as necessary.
