Write some Software

A simple software needs to be written in visual basic which manages students marks. The Read button will read data from the text file Display corresponding elements into the Listbox, If I click the up arrow beside maths, it will sort them from the lowest to the highest, the other two subjects too, the sorting method has to be selection sort. The button "find students by the last name required using binary search to find the last name and display the details of those students in the list box". Finally, the button "write", will write the sorted data back to the text file. please contact me for further clarification
