Hi All, I'm looking for someone who is well versed in being able to create datacenter proxies and is able to pass on that knowledge to me. I'm quite a novice, all I know is that you have to lease subnets (such as IPv4 IPs) and somehow link them to servers in order to generate quick speeds.
