100 one way links required

This Project is for an Advertising based Website, where people and companies are able to buy and sell their advertising products and services, I need 100 PR5 or higher links to the site. The links Must be: (1) One way non-reciprocal link. No link Exchanges, Linking page must be PR5 or higher. (2) All links must be permanent (3) All links must be on Advertising product or service related sites or sites that focus on advertising information. (4) Only direct static links will be approved, No dynamic or Automated link systems. you Must check that the acquired links can be spidered. I will not pay for links that are hidden, cloaked or redirected in any way. Links from FFAs, Linkfarms and spam websites are not acceptable. (5) Links Must be from different websites domains, no sub domain links or duplicate links of any kind will be accepted. (6) Links Must be on pages with no more that 40 outgoing links. You will provide all link data in an Excel spreadsheet which will include: Link site exact URL where the link can be found, Site Name, Site Type and Google Page Rank. After links have been checked, I will pay you IMMEDIATELY via PayPal - if preferred, I can pay you 20% of the bid amount after every 20 links are live. Once your bid has been accepted I will provide you with the link.
