Developer needed for software scraper

Looking for a software developer that can build a simple automation tool. This should be a relatively simple project for the right person. We will also have additional automation projects like this so there is the opportunity for ongoing work. Timeline for completion is ideally two weeks or less from start (somewhat open on this). Overview: The desired end result of this project is a software automation tool that finds and contacts app developers on the iOS and Google Play stores based on certain criteria. The software does not need a pretty UI (possibly not any UI) but we will need the ability to change criteria for filtering. And ideally the ability to change the outgoing emails. Software that finds apps that match these criteria and emails the developer: Ranking from #100 and up (and need ability to adjust this) Subscription based (and need ability to adjust this) Niches/categories: Utilities (to start with) but ability to filter by categories Spec (key features): Filters app based on criteria (example: utility apps that rank #100 and above) Scrapes or finds the developer contact info Emails the owners directly from that info or Submits contact form on website if no email available or Finds contact info from WHOIS or pulls email from some other public info Ability to put someone on a DNC list so we don’t contact them again Ability to filter for US based developers Spec (nice to have features): Ability to send multiple followup emails Pull phone number (if possible to pull that info from somewhere) Pull physical address and put into a database (in case we want to do offline mailing) Ability to automatically import into CRM system (Ontraport) Ability to automatically add info to a google spreadsheet from the scraped info
