I have a database with around 7000 school email addresses in csv format. I am launching a new product that schools will be very interested in purchasing as it improves student safety at outdoor events. I need someone who can deliver an email to the email address with minimal intercepts from anti spam software and also without contravening the can spam act etc. Quote would need to be to finish whole job not per hour or per email. If this works well high possibility of ongoing harvesting and email work in future.
