Cute Dog/Pet Products Site (Logo, Template)

I am looking for branding and graphic support for an online toy dog boutique selling cute outfits, leashes, bags and jewelry. I have indicated the services I require below. I am looking to spend no more than $150 so please indicate what you are bidding if not all of the services. The most important services to me are the logos, website templates and character. If you provide me with the basics, I may be able to work collaboratively with you to bring your price within budget. Please Include examples of your work if available. The company name will be provided upon request. Logo Design The logo design should be simple yet cute and elegant. The logo will be used on the website, any print advertisements, and on our physical products (logo will be sewn on clothing). The logo should be provided in both a color and black/white version. The logo should be a vector graphic. The designer shall provide a number of options and allow revisions on the selected option. Stationary Design Designs for business cards, letter heads and envelopes should be provided using the selected logo. Banner Design Animated banners of the following sizes are required. Banners must reflect the logo design. No flash please. » 468x60 » 120 x 90 » 120 x 240 » 88 x 31 Graphic Design I would like to create a cartoon character to be used to represent the brand and used on the website. I imagine the character to be similar to sanrio or anime cartoons but I am open to ideas. Website Template Design The end website will be an ecommerce site and the information architecture (site structure) has been pre-defined but the look and feel is outstanding. I ask that there be a minimum of three pages - opening page, products page, and products details page. The design can be done in PSD. I will provide my visioning to the selected service provider.
