Need expert in html and css

Hello, i need an expert in html and css for a small project. Read all of the 5 details below before bididng please. 1. I have an css template for a one page site. The site is what is called a "salesletter" you can Google this trem if you are not sure what it is. In short, its a long one page site that is designed to sell a product, in this case an info product. I currently have a css template that needs some tweaks. 2. Designer must add and format the text that i give them in microsoft word 97-2003 once the project is selected. Designer must prooperly format headers and make pretty tables using css. Designer must also format template so that it can add headers and images perfectly without them distorting the tamplate. I will need to add "testimonial boxes" which will fit text and images into a table like box. This is the designer responsibility and must be done within css. 3. designer must write the site comptabile with xhtml standards. Site will be tested in IE, Firefox, and Safrai, and sites must show up propely in these broswers. ALL code must be clean and proper. 4. Designer will make a simple template that i can be used for different pages of the site. 5. Designer will need to tell me the constrains of teh template and also help me intergrate images into the documen. Designer will also help me intergrate a web form into graphics. Designer must have promot communicaton and be avilable to chat and talk via Google chat. This is the only im i will be using, so please download it if you dont have it. Designer will need to be online at 8:00 pm est to ive updates and ask any questions about the project. ** I will only accept bids that are $110 USD or less because this is not a very demanding project and should go quickly.
