Web design/ Development Project for congruentsolution

Hi, We are looking for a website designer/ developer who will do the following: -Create a dynamic website (requirements web 2.0 , css, xhtml, wordpress) which is high class, elegant, pleasing to eyes, making people quite curious to know more about us, rich in colour. (logo and colours would be provided by us, but for colours , design your inputs would be always welcome). We will be providing alot of the content and couple of photos (other stock photos have to be provided by you, in same combination as already existing photos). We already have a very good idea of the colors and graphics, but We will need your help putting the content in the right order, adding a few graphics, and putting it all together in a professional and attractive format. Another logo for a subordinate site ( to be discussed withe the provider with best bid, time delay, services, communication, results) would be provided by you. Help with the branding of the logo Branding badges Animated banners Advertising packages Site would be in couple of languages ( no google word to word translation would do) We look for a great translation. But most of content and translation would be provided by us. - Search engine optimization PR4 (Mega tags , adwords, keywords etc) Directory Listings & Link Building . E-marketing set -up blog,Facebook, twitter, rss services e-newsletter generator and management ( simple to use , text and photo) Mailing Lists services Flash header - Create a customized contact form (with world-wide time zone drop down list) and behind the scenes IP address tracking ( we want a record of each person who complete the form, all the form info, their IP address, how often they come back to the site, etc.) video facility mass mailing Online reservation module, gift certificates buying (also online product buying , in future) More modules , if needed - Must have experience putting videos into websites in high quality format from mpeg2 to Flash - Must have references - Must respond to emails quickly and communicate well . -Only programmers who place bids will be considered and we will not respond to copy and paste bids. - Only with proof of examples of this type of work. Need a serious and honest programmer so we don't get any problem or trouble in the future. - Make sure you understand, know if you have what I'm asking for. - we need a 100% quality work and expert. - If you didn't deliver us the files like you've explain to us, if it's damaged, not according the quality that is demanded, not the correct file or not even send us all the files, we will leave a negative feedback about you. You will only be paid if its according all the quality demanded. Payment would be done through Escrow - In a way of give us a good product and better understand what we want you can ask me all the questions that you really need to know. - Don't bid if you're not able to accomplish these tasks. - You only receive the payment if you deliver what it was asking for and what you've promised to deliver, otherwise we will leave a negative feedback about you. – At the end of the project you need to deliver us the source files. - At the end of the project you have to provide us a tutorial file with the instructions for the how to admin, how to customize it, something like a Word document or any other type of file that could be convenient for you.
