customize and install virtuecart template

We are trying to start an army of online virtuemart stores and are looking for a programmer/designer that can do this for us. So the right person will have plenty of work and the stores are simple. They are very simple stores with approximatly 70 products. Each product has the exact same description and dropdown options. The only thing that changes is the picture and name of the product. For the first store we will be using this template: [login to view URL] We will need to customize the homepage design and plug in the products. I have also attached a sample of the product descriptions. This same description is used for all the products on the site. Also we will have to make sure that the payment gateway is up and running in the store. We want a provider that can do this for around or under $200 and can have a turnaround time of about a week. If you can do this we will have steady and larger budget projects for you almost instantly.
