Online Design Project ( tool )

Hi All We are looking to make an online system ([login to view URL]) design brochure. we are just looking for designing of letters. Here is the description for project: 1. When customer will go to website, there will be an option for Delivery address.( can type in, or copy and paste). if there are one than more address ask to upload the file. 2. It will show a Designer for A4 letter ( will have option to paste text ( should keep same fonts and size what customers have), can put images,shapes etc (from editor) almost similar to uprinting designer. 3. There should be option to upload the files ( pdf, word and all other popular formats) ( ask for number of pages in file to give pricing. 4. Ask for black &white letters or Coloured letters. Login functionality will be same as uprinting, means when press proceed will ask for login or create a login in just seconds and proceed with order. It should show all letter in history of user, At last it will go to payment option ( paypal, cards) Then this will come to back side and we can print it from there. Will give exact details after we have decided to go a head with. No payment without showing the 30% work done( online designer like uprinting). Please bid only if you have sound exp in doing this.
