reshape website using Wordpress!

[login to view URL] is currently a website which presents 7 accommodations in Rome. The owner of the website will want to be able to grow content (in the form of a few more accommodations) himself, so wants website redone in WP. Also, website should be reshaped in form of reservationsportal. THe existing texts can for the most part be used in new version of website. Any new texts will be provided by owner himself. So what is needed is only to create the website structure, with a nice new feel and use of a suitable theme.<n Needed: - New Structure: Countries - Cities- Type of Accommodations (hotels, guesthouses, bed and breakfasts, hostels, apartments) - the accommodations. - maintain other existing pages like "Faq", "resources" etc. - New introduction page about city of Rome (text will be provided).(Then part of current homepage text can be transplanted into "About us" page. - multilanguage structure, possiblly with WPLP plugin. Intention is to translate website later in many more languages. (owner will take care of this ) Current pages about individual accommodations (for example: [login to view URL] )can be divided into following (so templates need to be created): - general description property - facilities - description surroundings - google map - directions - fotogallery (NEEDS IMPROVING....NEXTGEN GALLERY PLUGIN ??) - comments (NEW FEATURE) - - "Countries" and "Cities" remain invisible untill a new country or city has been added. - People who have made reservation have to be able to leave comments (to be approved by Admin) - Thinking about presenting google map of Rome on page dedicated to Rome, which pinpoints the locations of the various accommodations presented in the website. - Obviously site needs to be structured with templates. - The internal accommodation-pages will feature the texts and info already currently present ! in [login to view URL] - the actual reservations tecnology is already present and needs no intervention. owner will take care of this himself. ps. this is stage 1 of a larger project. second step will be setting up social network marketing for same website.
