Build me a website -- 2

I relisted this because I didn't put in enough information and individually talking to 200 freelancers wasn't viable. I am looking for a website for my restaurant Twilight Bistro & Alehouse that Includes the following: Menu, Daily Specials, Beers on Tap/Drink Menu, Events And Catering. Whether or not that is a part of the main page like [login to view URL] or a link to a separate page I'm flexible on. I'm looking for a website that is more artwork than pictures like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The website will NOT include ordering, it is just listing information. It will have links to Menufy, Doordash, GrubHub and Uber Eats for online ordering but they are strictly links. [login to view URL] is another competitor in my area that has an information only website. Our primary colors are black and purple and our logo is a tree with the moon and stars. That's the background and feel of what I'm looking for. If you are looking for me to just give you pictures of the restaurant you're not the web designer for me. Again I'm looking for a website that comes across as a piece of artwork like a painting rather than me JUST posting pictures of the food or the interior. The whole theme is based off of a tattoo I got on my arm with the tree of life with the moon and stars for my wife and two children who I lost. So the concept and website is very personal to me as it embodies their memories. My other website was Wordpress which was easy to work with.. I or my staff need to be able to update the specials daily or weekly as the need arises. And I would like a link to our Facebook page. Again the site has NO online ordering whatsoever. Just information. Just like the [login to view URL] website. The [login to view URL] who is also a local competitor is probably the closest to what I'm looking for because the background is artsy but they list too many pictures in my opinion. I need to know approximately what would be your cost to design the site. I'm looking for a site that gives off a mood or a vibe of Twilight. It's not feasible for me to have individual conversations with 200+ people so if you don't understand my concept please don't bid but if you do please include your estimate cost and why I should choose you. I had awesome ideas from freelancers about our logo and sorta expect you to at least have some ideas of your own. I sincerely thank anyone who bids for their time and consideration.
