A chinese restaurant needs a website -- 4

our restaurant is a very small Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles. We require that our website is mobile friendly, simple and easy to use. User must be able to switch from Chinese and English for all texts on the website. For this project, we require that the website has our complete menu items. There might be a follow up project for ordering subsystems. A menu item includes at least these fields: name, description, price, mealType (breakfast/lunch/dinner/allday), discount, popularity. By default, the website will only display popular menu items but a user can chose to show full menu. Technical details: a) the website must be mobile-friendly. UI features must take into account different screen resolutions and orientations. b) the website consists of three parts: the webpage(s), backend and database the webpage(s) must be constructed in meteorJS or similar javascript based frameworks. the backend is a set of webservice build on apache tomcat 8. the database is MongoDB. c) there should not be any hardcoded text in the webpage. Every thing it needs must come from webservice calls to the backend and retrieved from mongoDB, including all menu items and restaurant information such as restaurant name, address, zipcode, phone number etc. d) there must be a separate user interface where I can login and make changes to restaurant meta data and detailed menu items Project Milestones a) conceptual preview of the webpage b) webservice api specification c) the complete website
