Design a proof of concept dashboard with the most common visualizations

We need to build a conceptual dashboard (black / dark blue background) to support a proof of concept project we are developing. The dashboard should have a header and a footer, and the visualizations should be organized in 9 cells, equality distributed in a 3 rows x 3 columns space. The 9 visualizations we need : 1. A Pie Chart (4-5 slices) 2. A Scatter Chart (~15 points, with labels) 3. A Stacked Vertical Bar Chart (5-7 bars, splitted in 3 categories) 4. A multiple Line Chart (3 series, x-axis with 12 months of data) 5. A Stacked Horizontal Bar Chart (5-7 bars, splitted in 3 categories) 6. A basic KPI (large number, with up/down arrow) 7. A pivot table (for instance, with 4 rows and 3 columns, number in each cell) 8. An area chart, with 3 categories changing over time 9. A basic hierarchy chart with a parent rectangle with two child rectanges, and each of those with two additional children (8 grand-children total) The header should contain a title "Sample Dashboard", a logo placeholder (could be a circle for now) and a placeholder for the current date and time. The header should contain only the current version of the system on the left and the last update date on the right. We need a professional looking combination of colors, fonts, more than a correct drawing of each of these individual items. We'll need to have additional contracts to develop each one of these individual components, we just want to use this project as a trial to find designers that would be a good match for our larger project development. Output should a vectorial format (ideally svg).
