Landin page design + front end (Honey Export)

1. Need a landing page with form on top middle and bottom 2. The theme is "Honey export business" 3. Reference website is : [login to view URL] But of course, we need just one landing page, i will let you know what 5-8 sections we can use out of this whole website, like : 1. First fold with some bullet statement like this and form on right 2. Why Kejriwal Honey 3. Bulk & Institutional 4. Private Labeling 5. Handling 6. Quality-assurance 7. Our Brand 8. Type of Honey & Benefits 9. Footer with enquiry form Few points to note: 1. Sticky form remains at top while scrolling down. Reference : [login to view URL] 2. Form needs to be at first fold view and at bottom as well and after every two sections (horizontal form) 3. Color combination can be "been-honey" related, but of course different than this one. Not more than 4-5 colors (i.e. hex) 4. No sign in or sign up. Bare minimum footer with form. 5. Upon submission of form, it must go to thank you page. So yes, a bare minimum but good looking Thank you page will be required. 6. Form will have all JS checks like name shouldn't have letters, valid mobile number check, no chars in mobile number field, email validation etc. 7. No, you don't need to connect the form to database. I will do it by myself. 8. Footer will have email id i will provide, phone number + contact us form as well as address 9. Logo and everything else you may require, will be provided, we need bare minimum logo in words only. 10. Images you can use from google or anywhere as deemed appropriate for designs, but of-course needs to be responsive. 11. Deliverables : Sketch files of design + HTML/CSS (i.e. full front end (web and responsive). 12. Steps to process : Design (Web) > Upload on Zeplin > Comments / iteration > Mobile > front end.
