SET UP (TUTORING) website

We either want to add a live tutoring function to our existing website (current website uses wordpress) - OR - Set up a brand new website offering live one-on-one tutoring. We want to use ready plugin programs such appointment booking apps etc in the market place. Prefer to use free plugins/apps to minimize cost. We want minimum programming. We want to use existing platforms and integrate these apps smoothly to our website efficiently. We want to set this up very fast, express speed. SUMMARY Requirements: FRONT END (customer requirements) - Customers need to buy one-on-one tutoring packages online from the online shop cart – (each package is 30 minutes blocks) - Customer receives confirmation of shopping order, including username and password to login to website to make a booking CUSTOMER PORTAL - Customer logs in with their username and password. - customer see their profile on the portal - Customer sees how many each tutoring they have, for example 6 x 30 minute sessions - Customers sees all available tutors on the customer admin portal. - When customer clicks on the tutors photo image , they see their availability. - customer locks in appoint schedule with a tutor. - If the customer bought 6 sessions, they can only book 6 appointments. System should block them from making more appointments. Customer can book up to 14 days in advance. - if they want to make more booking, they need to be BUY more function allowing customer to top up their account. Once they buy more tutoring, they can make more bookings. - when tutor calls and tutoring session is done, customer needs to rate the tutor. - Rating of this tutor shows on tutor profile when customers pick tutors. TUTOR PORTAL - Tutor needs to set up their profile (Name, Skype ID, profile picture, bio description, availability, language spoken, teaching category, specialization, age focus) - calendar availability - reservation is shown on tutor calendar - When appointment is made the tutor receives the customer’s name and ID details. - Tutors need to use Video app like Zoom or Skype. Tutoring needs to be recorded on the cloud and can only be viewed by business owners for Quality Assurance. - Tutor video calls the customer at the booked time slot. - when tutoring is finished system shows that customers used that booked slot - Tutor enters brief notes to the system about that particular tutoring session. That way the tutor can remember the lessons for that customer. - Business owner (master admin) needs to see the notes of the tutor. - Tutor can see how many hours they taught each week from their portal - tutor can see payment made to them by the business owners (payment list) BUSINESS OWNER PORTAL - need to see details of each customer and manage customer related details - need to see details of each tutor and manage tutor related details - manage all admin and finance issues relating to running the website - Please provide details as much as possible and also provide working sample websites you have done similar to this. - What programs and platforms do you propose using in getting this up (appointment booking app, video app, admin app, rating app etc) - Provide time frame for delivery (how many days)
