Visual Developer (No Code maker)

Role Overview: The Visual Developer (No-code Maker) will work with the Product Manager to design and build the technological platform used by incubators, entrepreneurs, mentors and investors as part of the Venture Fastrack Program to help incubators and entrepreneurs. She/he will get the autonomy to experiment, the opportunity to define the early product that will enable entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurship ecosystem globally to help create jobs and work with a team that is influencing entrepreneurship curriculums & policies globally. Responsibilities and Duties: • Identify the customer experience journey of entrepreneurs, incubators, investors, mentors, admins and in-house teams with the platform to design a UX to create a lovable experience • Design and build our tech platform using no-code tools, primarily Bubble • Build seamless integrations with other platforms and current internal systems • Support a transition plan to move validated product features to the organization’s codebase Qualifications/ Credentials: • MUST HAVE built full-fledged production apps in Bubble.io. Experience of other No code tools is a plus • MUST HAVE HTML, CSS, JS & REST API integration experience • Nuanced (not just theoretical) understanding of scalable data structures, algorithms & programming optimisation is CRUCIAL • Understanding of Analytics tools like Amplitude, Mix Panel, Google Analytics, etc. and how to create measurable & usable product metrics is CRUCIAL • UX design skills and proficiency in design & high fidelity prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Invision, Marvelapp, etc. is a PLUS. • The ideal candidate is a Systems Design Thinker • The ideal candidate Thinks like a Product Manager, Builds like a Developer and Talks like a Marketer • The ideal candidate will be excited to work in a fast paced start-up environment and comfortable with experimentation • The ideal candidate will also have a passion for supporting entrepreneurship
