The above guides are to be formatted to the following requirements. The most effective use of space should be used. Text • Colour- Black • Header 1 -Arial 14 • Header 2 - Arial 12 • Content text - Arial 10 • Align text to the left for all documents • All line space 1.5 • Margins 2.5cm • Footers 2cm • Headers 2cm Documents with text boxes- Text box length to be against the margins eg 2.5cm from left and right side of page Documents with tables- tables to be against margins eg 2.5cm from left and right margin Participant learner guide instructions: • Two columns for text • Ensure contents page is correct Participant assessment observation instructions: • Where possible, keep each assessment observation to one page • Create document as a Word and an interactive PDF file, so answers can be chosen/type into the document. Sufficient space should be available if the document is printed and answers are handwritten.
