Hi — A lot of times some backdoor can disguise itself and not get removed, which could then allow attackers to hack your website again. I can scan your website to find any backdoors if your hosting provider allows SSH access. If you are on a VPS, I would recommend installing a WAF such as immunify360 which would prevent attackers from exploiting vulnerabilities (such as performing SQL injections etc), install/enable mod_security and make sure that you are using PHP-FPM or PHP suexec. I can also help you with adding the WP and WC files again. If you'd prefer, I can do that on my local server, reinstall all plugins using WP CLI and upload the clean version to your hosting.
