Open Adsense In A TabUnder - JavaScript Expert Needed

I Currently own a Popunder/Tabunder JavaScript plug-in from [login to view URL] and I would like to have this plug-in implemented so that it will open AdSense ads in a tabunder. Adsense Ad links are in an I-frame which makes this normally very challenging. However it is totally possible as I currently have a WordPress plug-in that does exactly this already, and I would provide this plug-in for you to look through the code and extract the method they are using to capture clicks in an I-frame and then apply a similar method to the PopunderJS plug-in. Here is what is expected of this job when it is complete: Upon First visit to a page, Once the user clicks on an Adsense ad, the ad opens in the current browser tab as normal but the original page they were on opens in a new tab on top of it (All in one click of course). This creates a Tab Under effect in which the Ad goes to the background. Your code Must use the PopunderJS javascript plugin I'll be providing you as any other JS popuder script will NOT work consistently across all browsers nor will they defeat the Ad Blocks of Chrome or Firefox, PopunderJS beats them both. The finished job MUST also maintain all of the ADBLock defeating features of the PopunderJS script, in other words I am expecting it to continue to not get blocked by internal browser popup blockers, nor the Adblock extensions. The creator of the popunderJS plugin updates it every few days so it's important that our implementation does not alter his script too much or perhaps if it does need to be altered I would need detailed instructions as to how to re-apply our changes to each update.
