I am probably not the right candidate for you but I have been monitoring closely, for the past months, some successful influencers and their ways to engage their audience.
I will just provide a few tips:
1) I strongly believe that you should collect email addresses on your website. What if something goes wrong with facebook? You shouldn't rely solely on that. Make a small pdf with valuable info (tips, recipes, etc) and give it away for free in exchange for the email of the user. Or it could be a 4-part mini-webinar (pre-recorded) that you send out automatically one video per day. And at the final part, you pitch your offer.
2) You should do youtube. I am guessing you are ok being in front of the camera. You could make a video series e.g. on making essential oils. There is a huge audience on youtube. You could get a lot of traffic from there on your offers (i don't know your products yet, but i am guessing you have something to "sell").
3) For instagram, you could pay a couple of influencers in related niches for a post on their instagram. Just to grow your following and get it going.
4) Check what your successful competitors are doing, copy their strategy and improve on it.
