Our website is developed in WordPress. Looking for someone who can optimize page loading speed above 90% as per Google 'pagespeed insight'. I have spent some money previously and they just optimized by compressing images and using some plugin but that is not enough. We want someone who can work on purchased theme and css and javascript. 1) no of issues suggested by pagespeed insight should be soved or optimize to get 90% 2) should have worked on same issue previously and can provide references. 3) can show strategy to work on for both fix price project (not hourly rates) Home page and other 21 landing pages (which are very simple but theme reduces speed)
