(1 – Most important, 5 – Least important) Shouldn't allow same option to choose for multiple fields (Such as if choose "1" For Environment, the Other fields such as Connectivity, Amenties shouldn't allow to choose "1") Same for others, should be unique Values. If need the format can be changed, but I need the options like this.
