as stated in the title, I have a fairly large Xenforo forum, and as the tables became larger and larger, it became slow. I'm looking for someone who has experience working with large databases, preferably Xenforo. to be able to identify and resolve the slowness problem.

Hi i am not fimilar with Xenforo but i think you have to use server side scripting for tables. so in this way data will be load per page.

All you need is pagination and nothing else. structure data so that you can load data from database in sections. I can achieve this easily
