Desktop Clock in flash to run on Mac

Please check the attached pdf file first, i need a desktop clock with those 5 clocks like that, in flash (it is to run in Mac operative system), and configurable by xml of the following parameters: a) GMT offset (time zones, for each clock) b) City, Country or State name to display (for each clock) c) Ability to enable/disable 24-hour or 12-hour clock with am/pm (for each clock) d) Set temperature to display at F° or C° (for each clock) e) URL of the XML news feed (for each clock) Ability to change everything by xml files, by anything i mean the objects on the clocks, news feed, weather feed, 24 hour clock or 12 hour clock with am/pm of course, The desktop clock will require to read a XML feed for the news and weather data and display content either provided in the feed or referenced (linked) in it. For example, the new photo is a URL in the XML. Please, bid a fair price, the middle clock is what you must focus, the other clocks are exactly the same, the position of objects is what differs only. Pu the word "Mac DeskClock" on your bid, or i will just ignore it on the spot. -------------------- Notes: I will provide the graphics used on the pdf for the clocks, in adobe illustrator files. I will provide the analog clock in flash file, fla and swf I expect full quality of work, no bugs whatsoever, obviously! After you do it, i will test it on Mac, then i will gladly pay you, you can see that i have money to pay for this project, if you know how to see it! You will have to provide the source files as well, fla and xml of course, and the 5 clocks must be in 1 flash file. I need a freelancer that speaks English well, communication is of the most importance.
